CLINICAL SUPERVISION
Clinical supervision is a relationship between an experienced and trained supervisor and a practising counsellor. It fosters optimum treatment outcomes for your clients, your professional development and your well-being. Supervision involves reflecting on your counselling work and the therapeutic relationships you develop with clients.

My Values
I strongly value equity, inclusion, advocacy and integrity. I believe it is helpful to understand how systems (e.g. family, work, community etc) influence us personally and professionally. Doing so brings awareness to our potential biases, blindspots, ethical practice or obstacles that may influence client care.
My Approach
My supervision is informed by the Systems Model (Holloway, 1995). This model encourages contemplation of various perspectives to conceptualise your relationship with your clients. It prompts reflection on how you want to practice; what you want to offer your clients and what professional goals you want to achieve. It also provides a framework for assessing your progress and development.

Individual and Group Supervision is available either online or face to face.
